Many of our products are only printed on request. This way we avoid high storage costs and, by bundling several orders, unnecessary transport routes.
This results in a processing time of approximately 1 week before we hand over your package to the shipping service provider.
Items that are already in stock are usually dispatched the next day and will usually be with you 2-3 days later.
Shipping & Returns
We want the shipping process to be as uncomplicated and relaxed as possible for you. For example, delivery to a packing station is no problem at all. Shipping is also free for purchases over 30€.
Once your package has been handed over to DHL, it should usually arrive within 2-3 days.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving the order.

Do you have your own design and would like to have it professionally printed? No problem with our "CUSTOM" neoprene playmat in the format of your choice!
Whether it's your own logo, a finished graphic you found somewhere or one of our designs - you are completely free to design it. We'll be happy to clarify all the information with you by email before printing. For an all-round optimal result.
Made from an exclusively woven polyester fabric, our neoprene playmats are particularly durable. The surface can be easily washed with warm water. And thanks to the rubberized and silicone-coated underside, nothing is guaranteed to slip.
Shipping usually takes place within 1-2 weeks.
Personalized products cannot be exchanged.
