Many of our products are only printed on request. This way we avoid high storage costs and, by bundling several orders, unnecessary transport routes.
This results in a processing time of approximately 1 week before we hand over your package to the shipping service provider.
Items that are already in stock are usually dispatched the next day and will usually be with you 2-3 days later.
We want the shipping process to be as uncomplicated and relaxed as possible for you. That's why, for example, delivery to a packing station is no problem at all. Shipping is also free for purchases over €80.
Once your package has been handed over to DHL, it should usually arrive within 2-3 days.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving the order.
Each of our products is close to our hearts and has been developed with great care for you. From design to production to shipping, this commandment is our top priority.

Have you discovered a great 3D model on Thingiverse, Printables, or somewhere else? Simply order this option, and we'll take a close look at it after you send us your data. After a quick data review, we'll calculate the final cost and production time.

- We check your data and the actual material consumption
- You will now automatically receive an offer from us, which you can easily accept or reject with just one click .
- If you accept, printing begins and just a few days later your model will land in your mailbox.
Thanks to large quantities of resin in our warehouse , we can offer competitive prices even for larger prints. If you're not happy with the offer, we'll happily refund your entire payment.
