Many of our products are only printed on request. This way we avoid high storage costs and, by bundling several orders, unnecessary transport routes.
This results in a processing time of approximately 1 week before we hand over your package to the shipping service provider.
Items that are already in stock are usually dispatched the next day and will usually be with you 2-3 days later.
Shipping & Returns
We want the shipping process to be as uncomplicated and relaxed as possible for you. That's why, for example, delivery to a packing station is no problem at all. Shipping is also free for purchases over €80.
Once your package has been handed over to DHL, it should usually arrive within 2-3 days.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving the order.

Thanks to high-quality markings, optimized for the TCG "Lorcana" , you'll always be at the forefront with this playmat! Simply send us a design that you'd like to use for the background, or choose your favorite from one of our countless exclusive designs - we'll do the rest.
Made from an exclusively woven polyester fabric, our neoprene playmats are particularly durable. The surface can be easily washed with warm water. And thanks to the rubberized and silicone-coated underside, nothing is guaranteed to slip.
Shipping usually takes place within 1-2 weeks.
