Black Rose Wars – Rebirth

The Academy of the Order of the Black Rose lies in ruins, but its power still beckons! Twenty-five years after the last war, the Magi (magicians) have returned to the lodge to restore order. The Black Rose is still there, but its rooms are broken, and it's time to rebuild them.

As Magi, players in Black Rose Wars – Rebirth compete against each other to gain dominance of the magic academy and the power of the Black Rose artifact. A game is divided into different phases. After selecting new spells from six magic schools in each round, the players plan their strategy. Forward-looking programming, such as the order and alignment of spells, are essential for the spells' effectiveness in the subsequent action phase. Players then reveal the cards they have played in order to fight other Magi or the Black Rose, who is also participating in the fight, to summon powerful creatures, or to fulfill tasks. Curse and upgrade cards must also be used wisely to secure valuable advantages in battle. To prove themselves worthy of their power, players face off against the Black Rose. In the Avatar game mode, she takes on her own form. As a Magi, she makes her own moves and becomes an even more powerful opponent.

Black Rose Wars – Rebirth is a competitive fantasy game with deck-building and combat elements, set during an alternate version of the Italian Renaissance.
