Many of our products are only printed on request. This way we avoid high storage costs and, by bundling several orders, unnecessary transport routes.
This results in a processing time of approximately 1 week before we hand over your package to the shipping service provider.
Items that are already in stock are usually dispatched the next day and will usually be with you 2-3 days later.
We want the shipping process to be as uncomplicated and relaxed as possible for you. For example, delivery to a packing station is no problem at all. Shipping is also free for purchases over 30€.
Once your package has been handed over to DHL, it should usually arrive within 2-3 days.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving the order.

Whether it's basic Carcassonne, the River expansion, or the double-width special tiles from the anniversary editions – we have suitable inserts for every setup. Thanks to the unique four-sided connection, each grid can be attached in any direction without having to pay attention to alignment. Simply insert, connect, and start playing.
Our sets are available with 10, 20, or 30 grids – depending on the size of your collection. A practical holder is included free with every purchase, in which multiple sets can be stacked and stored.
