Many of our products are only printed on request. This way we avoid high storage costs and, by bundling several orders, unnecessary transport routes.
This results in a processing time of approximately 1 week before we hand over your package to the shipping service provider.
Items that are already in stock are usually dispatched the next day and will usually be with you 2-3 days later.
We want the shipping process to be as uncomplicated and relaxed as possible for you. For example, delivery to a packing station is no problem at all. Shipping is also free for purchases over 30€.
Once your package has been handed over to DHL, it should usually arrive within 2-3 days.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving the order.

Carcassonne is a classic – and for good reason. Round after round, a medieval landscape of cities, roads, and meadows grows. But who hasn't experienced it: the tile supply is scattered on the table, the stack tips over when drawing, and chaos reigns before the first meeple is even placed. This is exactly where our Carcassonne Tile Tower comes in.
Our tower keeps your Carcassonne tiles securely stacked and dispenses them in a controlled manner – one by one, cleanly, quickly, without fumbling. In the double-tower setup, the two stacks together hold 92 tiles, i.e., the base game plus one to two expansions.
