Many of our products are only printed on request. This way we avoid high storage costs and, by bundling several orders, unnecessary transport routes.
This results in a processing time of approximately 1 week before we hand over your package to the shipping service provider.
Items that are already in stock are usually dispatched the next day and will usually be with you 2-3 days later.
Shipping & Returns
We want the shipping process to be as uncomplicated and relaxed as possible for you. For example, delivery to a packing station is no problem at all. Shipping is also free for purchases over 30€.
Once your package has been handed over to DHL, it should usually arrive within 2-3 days.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving the order.

Do you have your own design and would like to have it professionally printed? No problem with our "CUSTOM" rubber playmat in the format of your choice!
Important: Enter the size and details of your playmat directly in the shopping cart (before the checkout process) under " Special Order Instructions" . You can then send us the design via our contact email . We will then clarify everything else with you personally.
Shipping usually takes place within 1-2 weeks.
