Many of our products are only printed on request. This way we avoid high storage costs and, by bundling several orders, unnecessary transport routes.
This results in a processing time of approximately 1 week before we hand over your package to the shipping service provider.
Items that are already in stock are usually dispatched the next day and will usually be with you 2-3 days later.
Shipping & Returns
We want the shipping process to be as uncomplicated and relaxed as possible for you. That's why, for example, delivery to a packing station is no problem at all. Shipping is also free for purchases over €80.
Once your package has been handed over to DHL, it should usually arrive within 2-3 days.

This is an amazing work! Starting with the help I got, my first image was off and after explaining what I aimed to do, the team used all their time and knowledge (and good will) to guide me into the right final work. The package was actually well sent, and my anxiety to unpack it was huge! Rolling the playmat was so sastifying! And finally the playmat itself: The quality is perfect, just like the image they sent me, looks really durable and high quality, the price was actually pretty good for what I got!

Die Druckqualität ist wunderbar. Die Matte fühlt sich gut an, ist weder zu dick noch zu dünn, rutschfest, lässt sich rut zusammenrollen und hat trotzdem genug Eigenstabilität um flach auf dem Tisch zu liegen. Ich freue mich, sie beim nächsten Spiel auszuprobieren.

Sehr gute Kundenbetreuung! Ich habe kleine Mängel bei einer Matte gehabt und nach kurzer Kommunikation eine makellose, neue Matte ganz unkompliziert zugesendet bekommen.
Die Matten selbst sind in der Druckqualität für mich überzeugend, die Haptik passt auch. Einziges Manko: die Ränder sind nicht umnäht, weswegen ich mal sehen muss, wie sich die Langlebigkeit der Matten zeigen wird.
