Many of our products are only printed on request. This way we avoid high storage costs and, by bundling several orders, unnecessary transport routes.
This results in a processing time of approximately 1 week before we hand over your package to the shipping service provider.
Items that are already in stock are usually dispatched the next day and will usually be with you 2-3 days later.
Shipping & Returns
We want the shipping process to be as uncomplicated and relaxed as possible for you. That's why, for example, delivery to a packing station is no problem at all. Shipping is also free for purchases over €80.
Once your package has been handed over to DHL, it should usually arrive within 2-3 days.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving the order.

Have you discovered a great 3D model on Thingiverse, Printables or somewhere else? Simply order this option and we will take a close look at everything after you send us the data. After a quick data check, we will calculate the final costs and the production time.
Now you just need to pay the remaining amount and your order will go to print. Thanks to the large quantities of filament in our warehouse , we can offer low prices even for larger prints. If you don't like the offer, you will of course be refunded the full amount.
