Many of our products are only printed on request. This way we avoid high storage costs and, by bundling several orders, unnecessary transport routes.
This results in a processing time of approximately 1 week before we hand over your package to the shipping service provider.
Items that are already in stock are usually dispatched the next day and will usually be with you 2-3 days later.
We want the shipping process to be as uncomplicated and relaxed as possible for you. For example, delivery to a packing station is no problem at all. Shipping is also free for purchases over 30€.
Once your package has been handed over to DHL, it should usually arrive within 2-3 days.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving the order.

Why token capsules for DECKERS?
Especially in games where markers are frequently picked up or lie on the table as a pool, mechanical abrasion is high. The capsules minimally increase the grip of the tokens, which makes it much easier to pick them up from the table (especially on smooth surfaces). In addition, the collector's value of your game is preserved in the long term.
