Description

Endless Winter is set in North America in the early days of human settlement, around 10,000 years before the common era. Players lead their tribes over several generations and develop them from modest hunter-gatherer colonies into wealthy tribal societies. In each round, players use their worker figures or their great chief to advance the tribe. In doing so, they can acquire new tribe members (and thus expand their own "deck"), make cultural progress (particularly strong cards), or hunt animals and let the tribe roam the harsh terrain on which camps and settlements must be built. There are many exciting things to explore: Holy stones bring valuable points during the game, and the sooner players collect them, the more advantages they bring. But players can also build mighty megaliths. These bring points or powerful bonuses!

Endless Winter - Survive the Last Ice Age is an amazingly exciting mix of worker placement and hand management by Stan Kordonskiy. This sophisticated game for connoisseurs offers a lot of depth and variety, while everything fits together very naturally. Now it's up to the players: Can they lead their tribes through the ice age?
