Dabei versuchen sie, auf den Ruf ihrer Firma zu achten sowie die Verordnungen aus dem Rathaus einzuhalten. Sobald das Dach fertig und alles für die große Einweihung bereit ist, endet das Spiel. Wer dann die meisten Siegpunkte hat, gewinnt.
