Many of our products are only printed on request. This way we avoid high storage costs and, by bundling several orders, unnecessary transport routes.
This results in a processing time of approximately 1 week before we hand over your package to the shipping service provider.
Items that are already in stock are usually dispatched the next day and will usually be with you 2-3 days later.
We want the shipping process to be as uncomplicated and relaxed as possible for you. For example, delivery to a packing station is no problem at all. Shipping is also free for purchases over 30€.
Once your package has been handed over to DHL, it should usually arrive within 2-3 days.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving the order.

Compatible with "The Quacks of Quedlinburg," as well as the expansions "The Alchemists" and "The Herbal Witches." The original game is required to use this insert.
Tired of sorting tokens? With our All-In Insert, all ingredients are now within easy reach at the start of the game. The bowls with integrated holders ensure easy visibility of the ingredients throughout the table during the game.
Sleeved cards can be easily stored, but token upgrades can be a bit tight depending on the model. Our Premium Token Sets are not fully compatible with the insert. In that case, our "Organizer Set" would be a better choice.
All our upgrades are printed from high-quality ePLA.
This bioplastic is made from renewable resources, such as corn. Please note that the color of the final product may vary slightly from the images shown here. This is unavoidable due to the natural origin of the material.
