Many of our products are only printed on request. This way we avoid high storage costs and, by bundling several orders, unnecessary transport routes.
This results in a processing time of approximately 1 week before we hand over your package to the shipping service provider.
Items that are already in stock are usually dispatched the next day and will usually be with you 2-3 days later.
We want the shipping process to be as uncomplicated and relaxed as possible for you. For example, delivery to a packing station is no problem at all. Shipping is also free for purchases over 30€.
Once your package has been handed over to DHL, it should usually arrive within 2-3 days.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving the order.

No matter whether you use our Premium Token Set or the official acrylic tokens for Star Wars: Unlimited - they are safely stored in our HOLOCUBE. Not only does it offer space for the entire set, but it can also be easily stored in the lower compartment of the official "Gamegenic Deck Pod".
You don't have a deck pod, but still want to store everything stylishly? Then just choose the "Holocube + Box" option and we'll include a practical storage solution for you.
