Many of our products are only printed on request. This way we avoid high storage costs and, by bundling several orders, unnecessary transport routes.
This results in a processing time of approximately 1 week before we hand over your package to the shipping service provider.
Items that are already in stock are usually dispatched the next day and will usually be with you 2-3 days later.
We want the shipping process to be as uncomplicated and relaxed as possible for you. For example, delivery to a packing station is no problem at all. Shipping is also free for purchases over 30€.
Once your package has been handed over to DHL, it should usually arrive within 2-3 days.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving the order.

UNSPIELBAR Tip: Who hasn't experienced it? You quickly need a marker and search through a pile. With the resource tray, you always have everything in view. If you place the trays in the center of the table, all players have access to the common supply, which noticeably increases game speed!
