Whatever is in stock is packaged and usually dispatched the next day. Everything that is still missing is sent to print. We usually have a processing time of around 1 week.

Many items are only produced on request. This saves us high storage costs and unnecessary shipping routes and enables us to continue to offer our designs at such low prices.

We ship with both DHL and DPD depending on our workload. Depending on the order volume, the delivery time of the provider may vary. As a rule, your order should reach you within 2-3 working days after delivery.

Thanks to DHL, this is no problem at all. Simply enter your Packstation in the checkout and we'll do the rest.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days.
