To do this, the players work together to arm the city against the enemy, the granaries have to be filled, the city walls reinforced and the outer borders secured. In addition, each player has their own task to complete according to their character card. As if that wasn't enough, various events also have to be mastered. There are arsonists on the loose or rats have made their way into the cheese supply. But sometimes unexpected help comes along.

In addition to the eponymous cooperative scenario, which is the focus of the scenarios, another 5 new game variants have been packed into the box. The Blossoming Time is a classic expansion, also conceived by Inka and Markus Brand. There is also a special 2-player scenario called The Duel , in which both opponents have to complete 4 tasks. Whoever does this the fastest wins the duel. If both finish in the same round, the winner is the one who has collected the most valuable goods.

In addition, there are 3 solo scenarios, each of which involves completing certain tasks before the end of the round. The scenarios vary in length and have different levels of difficulty. In addition to the right strategy, the solo player also needs a bit of luck to pull the right people out of the follower bag at the right moment.
